About Radvisor

Who is Radvisor?

Radvisor (RADvisor LLC, license # NV20212203013) is a local authorized dealer for AT&T, DIRECTV and other home service providers, based in Reno, NV. We compare what's available at your address and handle the order, the install and the follow-up.

Does it cost anything to use Radvisor?

No. There's no charge for our help and no obligation. You get the same plans you'd get from the provider directly, with a local person to call.

How do I know someone at my door is really with Radvisor?

Every Radvisor advisor carries a photo ID badge and a card with this website on it. The back of the badge has a verification address you can type or scan, or call (775) 771-0271 and ask. We'd rather you check.

Where and when are you available?

We serve Reno, NV and the surrounding area. Call or text (775) 771-0271 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or email ec@radvisorconnect.com.

Internet & phone

Is AT&T Fiber available at my address?

Fiber is built street by street, so neighbors a few blocks apart can have different options. Call or text us your address and we'll check it on the spot.

Will I be without internet while I switch?

No. Keep your current service running until fiber is installed and working, then cancel. That's the order we recommend to everyone.

How much speed do I need?

It depends on who lives there and what they do online. Our speed guide matches plans to households, and your advisor will tell you when a smaller plan is the better buy.

Can I keep my phone number?

In most cases, yes. Mobile and home phone numbers can usually move to AT&T when you switch. Your advisor will check yours before you order.

Can I keep my email address?

Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and similar addresses aren't affected. If your email comes from your current internet provider, check their policy before you cancel; some let you keep it.

What if I'm under contract with my current provider?

Ask them what an early termination fee would be. We'll help you compare it against what you'd save, so you can decide whether to switch now or when the contract ends.

TV

Do I need a satellite dish for DIRECTV?

Only if you choose satellite. DIRECTV via internet streams over your home internet, with no dish.

Can I keep my TVs?

Yes. DIRECTV connects to the TVs you already have.

Can I watch away from home?

Yes. The DIRECTV app lets you watch on your phone, tablet or computer. Your advisor can show you how it works with your package.

Will streaming TV slow down my internet?

On a slow connection it can. On fiber there's plenty of room for live TV and everything else in the house at the same time.

Security

When will Vivint be available?

Vivint smart home security is coming soon to Radvisor. Text us and we'll let you know the day it's available at your address.

What can I do in the meantime?

Cameras and smart devices all run on your home internet, so a fast, steady connection is a good first step. See AT&T Fiber.
