DIRECTV

Live TV without the guesswork.

Local channels, live sports and the networks you actually watch, with a dish or streamed over your internet. We'll help you pick the package that fits, and skip the ones that don't.

Current offer This month

New DIRECTV customers

Ask your advisor about this month's DIRECTV offer.

  • Local channels and live sports
  • Satellite or internet, your choice
  • Watch on the DIRECTV app too

Packages, pricing and channel lineups vary. Your advisor confirms them before you order.

Two ways to watch

With a dish, or over the internet

Same DIRECTV channels, delivered two different ways. Which one fits depends on your home and your internet.

DIRECTV via satellite

A small dish on the home and a receiver at the TV. It doesn't use your internet at all.

  • Works even where internet is slow or limited
  • Doesn't add load to your home internet
  • Professional installation

DIRECTV via internet

Streams through your home internet to a small device at the TV. No dish on the roof.

  • No dish, so nothing to mount
  • Easy to move to another room
  • Best on a fast, steady connection like fiber

Terms differ between the two. Your advisor spells them out before you choose.

Choosing a package

Five questions that pick your package

Most people overpay for TV by buying channels they never open. Answer these before you look at a single price.

  1. Must-haves

Which five channels would you miss most? Start there.

  2. Sports

Which teams and leagues? Local and regional sports networks change the answer.

  3. TVs

How many TVs need live TV, and in which rooms?

  4. Recording

Do you record shows to watch later, and how many at once?

  5. Streaming

Which apps do you already pay for? No sense paying twice for the same shows.

Better together

DIRECTV and AT&T Fiber, set up by one person.

If you're streaming TV, the internet underneath it matters. Fiber's steady speed keeps live games from buffering at the big moment. When both are set up together, you have one advisor coordinating both installs, and one number to call afterward.

Read the fiber guide
  • One conversation for TV and internet
  • Installs coordinated so you're not home twice for no reason
  • Ask about bundle savings at your address
  • A local advisor to call when something isn't right
FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a satellite dish?

Only if you choose satellite. DIRECTV via internet streams over your home internet, with no dish.

Can I keep my TVs?

Yes. DIRECTV connects to the TVs you already have.

Can I watch away from home?

Yes. The DIRECTV app lets you watch on your phone, tablet or computer. Your advisor can show you how it works with your package.

Will streaming TV slow down my internet?

On a slow connection it can. On fiber there's plenty of room for live TV and everything else in the house at the same time.

Does it cost anything to talk to you?

No. Talking with us is free and there's no obligation. We're an authorized DIRECTV dealer, so you get the same packages, with a local person to call.

Met us at your door?

Every Radvisor advisor carries a photo ID badge and a card with this website on it. If you want to confirm someone is with us before you talk numbers, call (775) 771-0271 and ask. We'd rather you check.

Tell us what you watch. We'll find the package.

A five-minute conversation, a straight answer, and no pressure either way.
